For faster review, send the module datasheet, layout drawing, local wind/snow basis and the roof, foundation or anchoring condition. The Apex engineering team replies within one working day.
Practical advantages focused on installation, matching and project review.
Foundation type is reviewed against the geotechnical report, pull-out demand and frost depth.
Row span, post spacing and steel section are aligned with the local wind and snow basis.
Corrosion class and galvanizing scope are matched to the site environment before order.
Layout and installation sequence are coordinated to keep field work efficient.
Apex helps define the design envelope, system interface, component scope and quotation-ready BOM. This product is supported by a customer technical datasheet.
Download ApexGround ScrewBase System datasheetThe listed foundation option is ground screw by geotechnical condition. Final foundation sizing follows the project soil data and structural review.
The review basis is wind load up to 60 m/s (134 mph) by project review and snow load up to 1.6 kN/m² (33 psf) by span. Final values are confirmed by structural review against the project design basis (ASCE 7-16/7-22, IBC 2021/2024, EN 1991/1993/1999, AS/NZS 1170, JIS C8955 and GB 50009/50017 by project).
The tilt range is 10/15/20/25/30° standard.
It is covered by a 12-year product warranty.
The structure uses Q235B/Q355B HDG steel structure with AL6005-T5 rails and SUS304/HDG fasteners by order scope.
